I am new to the forum and am just having a look around trying to learn as much as I can. I am currently on a journey of planning out and researching everything I need to know to be able to run a OFM agency.
I currently have been looking over certain videos on youtube but most of them are locking information behind a paid course and mentorship (is it valuable?)
I have also seen some guides here on BHW which are beign sold such as "The Complete OnlyFans Agency GuideBook
Recruitment, Management, and Marketing Strategies Learn How To Properly Establish & Scale Your OF Agency" so I would like to ask if anyone has read it and if the information is still relevant today as I know this business is rapidly evolving.
If anyone could give any advice or help on how to start this out would be greatly appreciated (any posts detailing this or others who have started?, can possibly chatgpt provide all the information or not? courses? learning elsewhere?)
I feel that I need to learn before starting this as I have previously had a SMMA agency before which I feel had failed as I was having issues with getting clients (used mostly cold calls) so I think that for this business it would be better if I put systems in place before starting to guide me. Also if anyone is in the business right now would be grateful if you can share your experience (how did you plan it? where did you learn? when did you start? what did you learn and what current stage you are at?)
