Offtopic.. need to know abount steam purchases

Hi everyone,
i need to know about how can i make a purchase on steam from different region and play in my region because the prices of the games are different and much cheaper for some regions, if anyone can help please guide me.

Steam is banning for this unless its csgo. Cuz in Turkey csgo is cheap af for example and they know they are buying the game to cheat.

If this was a legit thing we will all buy cheap sell high cuz steamdb have all the stats we need.

Sad, but you can activate game only with your region. But i have an idea about this situation. You can try to buy some items on steammarket and trade it for popular csgo or dota2 items. After that you can go for steam disscusions or reddit forums about trading and easily trade your items for any gift what you are looking for with much less price.
