Offshore Webhosting needed!

Hello I've read everything in bhw forum about offshore webhosting but I still can't figure out where to go.
I need a cheap offshore webhosting company with a decent amount of bandwidth per month and if possible to let you host more than 1 websites.
Can you recommend a tested by someone and reliable one?
After all the pages I've read I am more close to wrxhost (a little expensive fot testing) and santrex (but their shared,unmetered plan with everything unlimeted and monthly price 2.99$) is too good to be true.
Content of the website is about hacking.
Sorry for bringing the offshore issue back to the surface, but I am new to this world and I need to find fast a host for my website.

REally?? Noone? Come on guys I am dizzy because of reading and searching the whole web for 24 hours continuously. Most of you are expert here on web hosting. I have tried and contacted every offshore web hosting company that is reported in this forum. I've read all the TOS for every single one of them.
I need a host that wont ban me for hosting a "hacking-content" site. Please help.
