I am unsure what are the market prices for normal webdesign orders. It doesnot matter where the provider is located, he/she just need to be able to communicate in English.
What would be the market price for a Logo or a Webdesign (PSD & Html/CSS) for 1 page / MasterPage.
An hourly rate doesnot mean anything for me, because I cannot control how long the provider will tell me, that he has needed. ;-)
