just choose shinjiru, i have see people linking dmca content with godaddy hosting and website still up now..it is really depend whether the german television want to issue dmca takedown. if you are sceptical like me, just choose offshore hosting with tos specify on ignored dmca takedown etcetc. Previously, i manage to host warez linking for few months and when some of my pages get into top 5 serp, someone complained me and host banned me.

well from what I can see koddos is kinda expensive, it's cheapest plan is $8.95/mo. Shinjiru is cheaper and better than any offshore host, I've been using them for one month now and had no downtime for this period. you should give it a try.
