Offshore web host?

What's a good and reliable offshore webhost? what do you guys use?

I use a company called underhost, no issues so far.

I use profithost . net . We used to run "grey" stuff in PPV category and tried many including malaysia,panama,hong kong but all would shut down by first "copyright infrigment" notice. Profithost so far has been real great,sometimes site goes down for couple hours a month or so due to server but besides that very good expirience.
they use direct admin instead cpanel and some advanced features are not available or need to be requested so u might want to check with them before ordering.

shinjiru.com is the safest I've tried but my VPS goes down once per 1 for 1 hour.
