Is there an offshore VPN that offers IP's coming from NL or Russia? I upload/stream a lot and need to hide my IP. I dont need offshore web hosting because I dont upload/stream from my site rather I go to sites like ustream and such. so I need something that can handle a ton of bandwidth and uploads of 2mb, 24/7. Needs to be reliable.
Also I would need the whole company to be based overseas (ideally NL, Russia, India, etc), not just the IP coming from the VPN. Open VPN and Strong VPN are from the us so that wont work. Thanks in advance
