Each offshore solution is different for each induvidual depending on nationality ,duristrictions etc,I can provide private introductions to a real Pro who you will be able to assist those who are seriously contemplating viable solutions. Quick fixes and cheap solutions do not seem to be the sensible thing to do when it comes to areas as sensitive as these.

A few basic highlights (from their info):

The Company
? Tax Free
? Nominee Director Supplied
? No Accounts To Be Filed
? Bearer Shares
? No Beneficial Owners Name on Record
? Total Confidentiality
? Ideal Trading or Asset Protection

The Bank Account
? Major European Bank
? No Bank Reference Required
? No Credit Check
? Visa Debit Cards
? On-line Banking Available
? Sterling, USD & Euro Account Numbers
? Personal Bank Officer English Speaking

If you have a real interest please send a PM

I'm interested with registering an offshore company in Europe. Please send me more information about the proccess.

Regards,
Blade.

Hmm,

Tax laws are quite different across the world so basically you are saying that your Pro is aware how to avoid problems with local tax authorities everywhere?

There is no such thing as Offshore company in Europe.

kalekom...what i am saying is that the laws in one country lets say the USA are not the same as UK laws, each situation is different, he and the company have 12 years history and expertise in helping people who wish to know how to effectively secure themselves offshore. He has sorted me and many of my colleagues, the service is professional ,discreet and guaranteed satisfaction....If you have an interest to go offshore ...have a chat .

Blade...Gibraltar and Jersey spring to mind ...you are not limited to Europe for your Corporation ,there are options which you will have complete control.

I have 7 years of tax planning experience, 2 as a senior tax auditor (IRS not in US) and 5 as a senior partner in tax planning company.

Basically what I'm saying, be very careful what and how you are doing!!!

But not any more, had enough of taxes and now only BH.

Totally Agree ... only deal with professionals and that is after you have completed your due dilligence.
