Offshore shell CPA Network vs. Advertisers?

I just started up a CPA network and I have both US and offshore shell companies. I bill the advertiser from my offshore shell, but if they don't pay me can I sue them from the US company?

It depends on which company you are using under the contract. Lots of people use a third party vendor to bill customers, but have a contract under a different name.

You can always sue internationally or domestically but the basis of a suit comes down to jurisdiction. Or where was the agreement executed.

Do you have an attorney on retainer with your company?
