Offshore Shared Web Hosting with Good Speed???

I am looking for a offshore shared web hosting with good speeds. The one I am currently using is good but at some times of the day the site loading speed becomes really slow which results in the loss of money...

+ One more thing.. They should ignore DMCA complaints.

I'm using Knownsrv at the minute and I'll tell you now to keep away. Always timing out and very slow speeds, they moved my site to an apparent faster server and corrupted my main database, then acted like it wasn't there fault and didn't know what was wrong. The new server is just as bad too. As soon as I find another provider, I'll be switching.

I've tried Host4offshore in the past and they weren't that bad, though they always even to this day blame all problems on 'ddos from competitors on wj'. They moaned a lot about extra wordpress plugins too, when I only had about six activated - some seo and security tools no live shoutboxes or any bulk like that.
 
Bulletproofvps- never slow down and no DMCA complaints, also the support is very fast responding. recommend no worries.

I think you should better use a vps instead of shared hosting, as I can feel that your website content is important for you or else you should check out some offshore cloud hosting, you will get better performance in cloud hosting, I suggest you to go the BHW market place there are lots of offshore hosting companies

I know that Digital Ocean not are shared hosting as you know it from like many other places. But they really have some cool VPS's. You can choose the datacenter your self. They have two in the US, one in Amsterdam and a new one in Singapore.
 
The bulletproofvps' s really good I've been using the turbo charged vps plans and they are affordable, DMCA ignored and pretty good uptime.
