Offshore Shared Hosting

Hope everyone is doing well.

I am looking for an offshore shared hosting. I am starting a porn comic blog and I would like to keep it offshore because it is copied content (original content is paid membership only). So I would like to keep it offshore to keep things safe.

What are your suggestions? Can anyone suggest me an offshore hosting? I don't think I would need a VPS as of now, and I can always upgrade to a VPS if the traffic spikes.
