offshore merchant accounts or aggregators?

Hey,
Does anyone render paypal services here? I live in a restricted country and that is pretty shitty cos I need to recive my payments from my clients. Thank for anticipated help anyways

What's your company URL? By the way I am from LA as well.
 
I've personally got many offshore MIDs. It's a cat and mouse game with these guys.

One of the important lessons i learned is to get a good clean nominee and company address.
UK corp has been very simple to do out of all the EU countries
 
I also looking for High Risk Merchant Account for my business. As its really hard to get MIDs ....Agg would also be fine if its come from Reliable source, Good customer service .....

Be lucky that they charge you a fine. Most of times they just terminate your account. Visa/MC is so strict nowadays and the banks don't want to risk their own account with them.

This is why i always recommend having multiple mids in rotation. So you loose one mid you can always just simple move the rebills over to the new bank

Does not work like that, it's about staying away from the thresholds. Many people go over 2,3, and 4 percent. Also depends on how you are calculating it based on transaction count volume or sales volume.

If you don't want to go offshore you could try Zeno Tools in the U.S. They work with high risk companies, but specialize in Collection Agency integration. It may be worth a look at least.

Horrible. Chinese authorities have gone after these guys already. Mainland China isn't a place where you want to be hosting this anyhow.
