Anyone know of where to get some offshore merchant accounts or a good aggregator service for high risk. We must be able to host our checkout pages and etc.

For counterfeit goods: St. Kitts-Nevis-Anguilla National Bank
For fake pharma: Azerigazbank

Looks like I have to call the St Kitts bank as they have no e-amil.

Yes you seem to know what you are talking about. Send me his information. We was talking to a bank in Latvia, but they said they'll fine us $1,500 if our chargeback ratio at the end of the month goes over 2 percent. Which it's rare, but sometime it does hit 2.33 and etc.
