Considering that i live in a 3rd world country i am facing some problems like:

1- I cant have a Stripe account to accept online payments.
2- I cant create a got damn account to invest/trade stocks.
3- Bank accounts of my country are not accepted on most of financial services or other entities.

Will, incorporating an offshore LLC in US solve my problems?

If yes, give me your opinions based on your experience about offshore incorporating in US.

This would make your life substantially easier but will open you up to complicated international tax implications. You will never be able to open a personal account in the US so your stock trading plan is probably out of the window. Stripe will happily open an account for your LLC but will require your personal data. You will need to pay US taxes unless your country has a tax treaty with the US. You may be better served by a US corporation as you can 'elect' to keep money in the company and only pay US taxes. An LLC passes through all profit to your personal tax and you may easily pay tax twice.

Even an LLC/corp owned by an offshore holder (you) can cause lots of problems. Banking KYC regulations require them to verify your identity. This can be very difficult if you are not in the US and don't have a social security number.

Have you considered opening an offshore company + account in a tax haven or high-privacy state? You may find that much more useful although it will probably set you back $2-10k

Cant i opent an account with the companies bank account. I assume that i will get an online bank account if i open a LLC, right?
Ps. I have an account in BoA that i opened back in 2015. It got closed because i didnt add any funds and the balance became negative. Any idea if i can get it back?

@BassTrackerBoats i need your suggestion here.

I remember you gave a solid advice to someone about Wyoming LLC but i cant find that thread.

I would appreciate your advice

Most LLC bank accounts will need you to either provide all the members' social security numbers or go into a bank for ID verification. Check with BoA but I am 99.9% sure they won't allow this unless you have a US based authorized representative to manage the account for you/

Renewal is less, about $400 off the top of my head. You need a registered agent and things like that but there are some pretty good companies out there for this. Seychelles have always been a good jursidiction in my experience

What specific country are you from? It's easier to create a firm/holding company in some EU countries rather than in the US - but it depends on where you're from.
