I am looking forward to start a CPA Network. I want to know which offshore countries are more likely to keep their mouth shut.

What exactly are you looking for? Privacy regarding the banking part? There are no countries that guarantee you anonymity (or at least none that actually keep to their promise once a lawsuit is inbound) especially when you're setting up the company on their soil! If you want to have complete anonymity, you'll need to play with shell corporations etc.. be prepared to drop some substantial cash for that!

Off the top of my head I'd go for Costa Rica...

Hi akietta,

One you can definitely go through is Belize. They have great options... I have my bank account with one of the banks in Belize..you might wanna try it.
