Hii guys i was planing to start a new journey a couple months ago and i need a offshore hosting i did try alexhosting and i did not like so they refunded me so what do you think about ablehost can you suggest a good offshore hosting .thanks

I've been using them 5+ years. Hosted adult xxx for a few of them. Never had a problem with their admin team.

I have about 20 sites there. illegal content, prostitutes, etc.
if the copyright holder sends a claim, the hosting will warn me about it, but does not respond to the claim.

whatever plan fits your budget & website technical demands
for example u cant rent the $2 shared host and expect much speed compared to the $20 vps or $200 plan. what youre paying for is different hardware of the server. or self managed vs shared.
but for some ppl the $2 baby plan will accomplish their website demands
if you dont know, start with smallest package. if its slow [measure on gtmetrix tool], keep moving up til you're getting diminishing returns on your dollar.
every plan covers the same dcma protection no matter what the host provider

Try Namecheap. They have cheap hosting, but I don't know if they allow adult content.

namecheap is not dmca proof and surely not offshore
plus their domain registrar service will fold on you when dmca comes their way
plus they have a lot of shady policies & politics
i tell everyone....never do business with them.
