Does anyone know of any offshore hosting solutions (bullet proof)?

We want one that is offshore where they will ignore any US FTC complaints?

We also want to choose where the servers IP address will be. I'm hoping we can use USA IP addresses. Then if we need UK IP we will do that.

Offshore hosts are hosts that allows files to be hosted on their servers which are not illegal. For example a forum linking to Rapidshare files isn't allowed because they help users to download illegal things. So everything which isn't allowed online is considered under 'Offshore...

^The Netherlands are not offshore. They are an EU country thus a signatory to all EU laws relating to online behavour.

They may be more leanient, but are not, "offshore"
