I am using webcare360 dot com for one of my website where I wanted to avoid DMCA claims. But it is proving to be costly - around $5 per month for one site.

(Regular hosts would offer 10 sites for this budget. But they will not be DMCA ignore.)

What I didn't like about them is their high cost and they do not have LIVE chat support. Also the default settings like minimum file upload size , etc. are disabled by default, which I had to ask them to enable.

I pay them via PayPal and I have to bear the PayPal charges too.

This is my experience do far.

If I find any better DMCA ignore ing host then I will make a switch.

I recommend you specifing all the details with potential provider.
Even if a provider states they provide offshore hosting, they still can have limitations.
Just go ahead and contact the provider and than ask them if they will allow the activity or content you want to host witb them.

There are many offshore hosters but we need to know what you want to host to give you the best advise or a price.
