If one wants to develop BH, then obviously I need

    a. Offshore Registrar - currently using internet.bs but anyone else recommend a bulletproof

    b. Offshore VPS -Any recommendations??

    c. The money trail - and this is where it becomes complex. If I pay for the above with my paypal there is a trail.

    What would you recommend??

use fake name for domain registar. always login with proxy or something.
recommend deltahosting ukraine, but no porn allowed.
pay by webmoney or liberty reserve, you can fake name there too and login by proxy or something, WRITE DOWN your security questions and all, you will be asked. or pay by fake paypal. or pay by cash or bitcoins.
Some trails will always be there, and if u do something very nasty you will be found.

btw, how can u be thanked in more posts than u posted??

    • Thanks Thanks x 1

You can avoid the money trail by buying pre-paid visa gift cards in cash. Though some stores are now starting to ask for ID.

It's all done by smoke and mirrors:)

Seriously, my voluminous posts in the downloads section are never counted (BOO) but that gives me lots of 'thanks'
