Hey Guys,
I am interested to subscribe to an offshore host so I can escape with copyright infringement, DMCA ignored etc...
And as little as I know about offshore hosting, I question myself, how much or to what extend can I get away with protected articles, pictures, videos (youtube, vimeo, dailymotion etc...) which I like to re-post them on my website (blog) and tho I am located in Canada can they still sued (fined) me based on my domain registry information. (which is already registered with Hostgator at the present moment)
* Because I have never registered to an offshore hosting, is wordpress still be possible? :S
Now because it's be breaking all rules, I understand that Google will not support my actions, my website exposure and ranking will most probably be poor, will seo still be applicable? if not what other alternative ways will be great to generate traffic? any suggestion...
Thanks for answering my newb questions !
Thanks too all of you for your time ! Have a prosper 2014 !!
Cheers
