Offshore hosting & offshore domain

Pay attention on this to avoid being shutdown you should be careful with this:

Hosting (don't use USA/UK/Irland and New Zeland) servers they don't are offshore. Don't use them.

Use a hosting offshore on countries like (Ukraine, Russia, Bulgaria, Hungry, Hong Kong, VIetnam, Switzerland and Moldova, Netherlands)

This countries is the Best countries you can host this kind of websites safely.

For domain, if you don't want to being shutdown easily consider use any of this domains: to, cr, is, ch, co, RU, su

Avoid .com, .net and .xyz domain can be shutdown easily.

If you want use .com, .net, .org (I recommend .org)

Use one of this registars (they protect your privacy this is the Best domain registars to avoid your domain being locked)

What do you mean never offshore they are located in the netherlands..... And FYI, the netherlands have copyright laws, so any company located in the netherlands might "ignore dmca" but even by their own laws, they can still be shutdown for hosted copyrighted material, for your own reading pleasure https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Copyright_law_of_the_Netherlands

I can be located in Switzerland one of best countries to have privacy. And respect DMCA Complaints. That doesn't mean nothing.
Do you understand what I'm trying to saying? You can be on country that don't care about dmca complaints, but you can be dmca friendly and don't allow such activities to avoid any problem in near future.

No all companies ignore DMCA, because they are based on Netherlands etc. It depends of the company ambitions, keep safe from any attack from 3rd parties or legal issues. Etc.
But that don't mean they can't choose to ignore dmca complaints, because they can do it if they want.

Search for "Novogara" or they old company name "Ecatel" you will see a dark history from they ;)

At this moment Novogara is one of top hosting that ignore DMCA complaints in Netherlands.

All I am telling you is that what you are saying isnt true. The netherlands might be a DMCA safe country, but they still have their own copyright laws. I promise you that if I was to find a website on Novogara's server, if I filed a complaint with their upstream provider they would be forced to take action. And FYI, sharkservers is based out of the UK not the US.

Novogara's ISP is Quasi Networks LTD and doing a bit of research of novogara's upstream they are required to follow RIPE polices or their Ip's can be nulled routed.

And they also use a US based company for their domain registrar so even sending a complaint to them can shutdown their website

https://whois.icann.org/en/lookup?name=Novogara.com

https://www1.domain.com/legal/legal_dmca.bml

If you feel the need to continue to argue, we can take this into a PM. But please do your research before you provide information to potential customer that isnt true. That company can be shutdown by copyright complaints just like any other's, https://www.ripe.net/publications/docs/ripe-policies.

You just simply go above them to get the job done, if the ISP doesnt do anything you go straight RIPE and you go straight to the domain registrar. :)

Let me laugh, do you think is to easy to shutdown? Sci-hub is hosted on novogara. They have legal issues and they are ONLINE in the same datacenters.
Is funny to see your "research" when you aren't able to find this: https://torrentfreak.com/brein-is-taking-infamous-piracy-hosting-provider-ecatel-to-court-170815/

Where is ecatel? What happens with ecatel? They are online in this moment and we are on 2k18. What happens with the websites hosted on Ecatel? Most of them still and are hosted by Novogara.

Is not simple like you said. If you think is easy, why TPB is not offline? Why domain .org is not suspended (at this moment tpb is using .org since 2016) and anti-piracy associations are on court trying to takedown. So let me know, if you have a lot of "knowledge" why they can't suspend .org in 1 week? Why piratebay still online?

Do you think is easy, isn't my friend. I can guaraante you, it take time to shutdown. You can send complaints but they don't will takedown because you send the complaint. They need to hear the both of part before do that. And they know they can't suspend without understand the both sides from the two parts.

I can suggest you, please shutdown sci-hub, I want to see that. And I want to see you suspend a domain from njal.la or easydns without a court order from Canada or Sweden :)

Let's see if you can do it!

You must be high AF! You live in the Netherlands?

Hi,

I can recommend .se/nu as tlds. The registry is very strict on enforcing privacy and freedom of speech.

For hosting there is a good number of hosters in Sweden that you can use as well.

He isnt listening so their is no point in arguing lol.

Did you expect any reply of my part? Let's be clear. Do you think when you report to RIPE they will nullroute the IPs? Let me laugh seriously. Is like *hey dude, if you don't remove my content i will report you to RIPE and you will say goodbye to your website".

Seriously, do you believe on that you are saying? I can't believe on that. If is easy like you said, organizations such like BREIN, MPAA, PIPCU should do it easily right? Why they can't do that? And they didn't do that until now? If is easy like you are trying to evidence...

RIPE have policies we need to respect, YES is right. You have some reason on this part. But they won't do nothing without hear both parts of the history. That is the main reason that they don't will do that.

But, you can be super hero! Why you don't go to work with anti-piracy groups? Maybe you have a great chance, showing your expert skills by killing website "sending a abuse report to RIPE".

Maybe you have success and who knows, they will pay a lot of money to you. If you do that within months! But yes in hours. I think you are special guy. So why not trying and show your super powers and shutdown all pirate websites with reporting to RIPE, ICANN etc?

ICANN agree's that domain registars requires a valid court order to takedown or suspend any domain, you can suspend or block if domain registar want to do that in good faith, but if they want to be honest and follow the "right way" they will ask for a court order before do that.

And guess what? US order to takedown? Hey! Njal.la requires a Sweden Court order look that sweet and beautiful policies that they have! Woow. I think you are the best man, good luck getting a court order from Sweden, when you live on Netherlands.

You should check this sweet gift buddy!
https://badpackets.net/a-conversation-with-ripe-ncc-regarding-quasi-networks-ltd/
https://myip.ms/browse/sites/1/ownerID/514182/ownerID_A/1

A thousand of websites hosted on that Hosting, why RIPE and ICANN doesn't do nothing :( ? But, maybe you have the right answer to that right? I believe.

Do you want to see privatelayer hosting streaming websites with dmca content? I think yes, but this will be your job to "search" by yourself!

I think you can do that in little few hours, I believe on your super powers man. Show that do the world, show the best you can do, and show who is the best dealing with pirated content! Wonderful man.

/irony off

I don't I'm saying we should disrespect DMCA complaints or respect. I'm only saying that isn't easy to do. But if you still believe is easy. Good luck.

I don't care if you hate pirate websites, hostings, services that ignore DMCA abuses, or not. I'm only showing and saying that is not easy. Why? Because always will have hostings or services that want to do that, or be "different" of some hostings.

Privacy is important, freedom of speech. Not all hostings can handle with that, that's because we should appreciate who fights and protects you with the legislation of the country the website is hosted.

Please don't beg me, beg to Seychelles, Novogara, Njal.la and other services that protects you from bad guys like you.

A Big hug for you buddy.

About hosting, Switzerland, Bulgaria offshore dedicated server will do fine, providing you get it from a company that also offers privacy about your client information and KYC, and can use crypto to buy it, and yes Netherlands though ignore quite a few complaints but not all, as they are part of EU, and their trade agreements, still its fine for adult, but if you want a real freedom of content hosting then Switzerland is the best and followed by Bulgaria.
