Hello! could anyone here help me to search a good offshore hosting (No DMCA). since i like to make a new manga hosting website (EX. mangapanda.com, mangahere.co or mangafox.me)

Im currently looking but im not sure which one is the best for the site >_<

We can surely host your website and there wont be any DMCA issues. however we do not allow hosting of image sharing websites on shared hosting you can host this kind of website on our VPS or Dedicated server.

DMCA applies to Companies legislated in USA. You can get any hosting Company that do not operate their business in USA. Example, China hosting or Russia hosting or Romania hosting.
 
Check with Indian based providers, like spicyhost.in, because they have excellent customer serives, but before purchasing check hardware configuration, and prices, with some other providers, and select better one.
 
I'm not sure someone will give you a shared hosting for images. and if they do. it will tend to be bad in quality. go for a vps or dedicated
 
We at abelohost.com allow manga, anime and everything related. We are offshore without our servers located in the Netherlands.
