To be honest, $3.50/month is achievable for a 512MB VPS. There are literally hundreds of offers at that price at LowEndBox.
$3.50 per month that to VPS...are you kidding ..u hardly get shared hosting that too good one if you want u get shared hosting approx $5 per month

I've been there for a little over a year now with ZERO complaints. If you have any concerns, message me, I am not selling anything, I don't get any $$ if you go there, I just wanted to share my experiences.....
They do also allow e-mailing, you will need to contact them and see if they have IP's available.
