Offshore hosting needed asap

I'm hoping to get some advice and offers regarding my problem, thanks in advance!

I'm looking for an offshore dedicated server and i need it a.s.a.p...

Currently I have a dedicated server with CCIhosting but the support is the worst i have ever seen and the downtime is terrible.

I want to switch as soon as possible to a new offshore provider and i'm hoping to get some offers here.

I find it very important that the support is professional and if there is downtime or any problems it doesn't take 36 hours or longer to respond.

I run multiple webshops and downtime means losing money.

The specifications of the current server / the kind of environment i'm looking for is:

The current server is a Intel i5 2300 - 2.66Ghz. It works fine in combination with 4GB RAM. For optimal performance we prefer 8GB.
It has two 500GB HDD's. These are configured in an RAID set-up. About 200GB is in use and I need to run a external backup everyday.
I need about 150GB bandwidth per month. I run CPanel at this moment but I prefer DirectAdmin.

Ofcourse faster servers are welcome and I need to transfer multiple domains as well and I need to keep the Whois privacy/protection intact.

I have searched with Google and on this forum, but there are so many companies out there that i would love to hear some user experience.

It's not a big secret, we just want to be as anonymous as possible, we don't sell illegal products or hosting other freaky stuff, we just want to be safe and offshore hosting (right now in Panama but we are flexible as it comes to the country) is the way we like it
