Anyone offer a TRUE offshore, outside the EU hosting company? I have read all the old links many of those companies are in NL or other Eu contries that will bend to pressure.

They aren't the quickest in support but the securest I know of.

lol with those terms of agreement, thats not bulletproof :) Real bulletproof hosting allows practically anything and will not be taken down. It's very, very expensive. Things like phishing sites/crimeware command centers are usually hosted on these.


Here are a couple of offshore hosting providers (not really bulletproof) that have some type of track record with other questionable sites.

The problem with most offshore providers (providers that allow questionable material provided they do not break their countries' laws) are that theyre usually mitigating dozens of DDOS attacks at any given time, as well as other malicious attempts against their servers (moreso than any other regular provider) and this usually results in downtime.

They'll only be lenient on content not scripts.
You need people who take the abuse on your behalf and protect
you that's the purpose of TOS that don't mean a damn.
When you tell them you'll be doing a certain something that is far
to dark for this board and they don't answer that means yes.
When you have been dealing with these people for a few years you
get to know the language.
Also you are wasting your time if you don't have a BP domain I like
my .mn mongolia it takes them a month to answer an email let alone a

I've had some serious abuse complaints that could amount in jailtime
But I'm not stupid enough to leave a trail and my shit's still running.

2nd: ecatel [dot] net (dedicated server) -- they don't care about d-m-c-a
3rd: altushost [dot] com (dedicated server) -- they have machines in both SE and NL
I used all 3 of these and they are amazing (if you know what you are doing). One advice: don't go for anything else than a dedicated box if you consider offshore.
By the way, you may try shinjiru [dot] com who are based in Malaysia. Their shared hosting sucks ballz. But you can try their dedicated box and CDN.

i just need somebody who can host landing pages, and not take them down no matter what. no <>< or anything malicious like that. will the three mentioned in your post allow this?

I think OP need to elaborate few more details such as why he looking for off-shore web hosting solution. If he is looking for warez, adult, or torrent hosting, then it needs to be said that he will face a serious problem regarding this aspect, because the range of laws varies from one place to another. In order to avoid further completions he need to choose an experienced web host.
 
no more replies please. i found something that may work for now. thanks for all the good posts. i now have plenty of other info if this company fails me.
 
A quick question: if we are planning to email CPA offers, we must choose a VPS as shared hosting does not have dedicated mail servers and the emails will most likely land in spam if there is a spammer on the same server (most likely)?
