Both are safely, but I recommend you choose a ccTLD than TLD.. ccTLD is more secure and safe, but .org is more hard to seize.

I shouldn't call them scammers, since most of them give you the domain.
Phishing, Carding, Fraud is not well tolerated as well drugs..

You must find a Chinese or Russian provider. There are a tons of people using most of that "sites" and still online and working.
You need to know what you are doing to be suspended lol ;)
