Offshore hosting and paid service running on it

Hi guys,
I need some help understanding how it works when it comes to legal matters.
I want to run a monthly-fee service that provides certain materials (not some sick stuff, don't worry) that might be protected by copyrights. So I wanted to get an offshore hosting.
The thing is, the payments will be either wire transfers or PayPal and it got me thinking - would that mean anything? The hosting would be somewhere in Panama or something, where they don't give a damn about copyrights... Logically, I don't think that they would charge me with anything just because I get paid in my country, while the server is offshore, but I need your help here :(

It's pretty hard not to leave a footprint. Depending on what you're wanting to host some companies may still chase you if they can find out who you are. If what you're doing is legal and you're only worried about DCMA complaints you should be fairly safe using offshore hosting. If it is something that is likely to catch the eye of federal law enforcement then I probably wouldn't proceed.
 
You cant accept wire transfers and expect not to leave footprints

I suggest - Stealth Paypal + Offshore Hosting + accept BTC.

That sentence is contradictory by its self.

Selling / Streaming / Using products that can trigger DMCA complaints and that you dont own is illegal by some country laws.

If you dont want to leave any footprints that can be traced back to you than my suggestion still stands.

I am fully aware of the copyrights and that breaking them is against the law. By saying it's nothing "illegal" I meant child pr0n, selling guns and shiz ;)
 
Just get some Bitcoin, open a bitcoin core wallet on a VPS that you have bought using fake details and use that as payment. You will sleep like a baby at night.
 
@Anonymously I will pay for the hosting with BTC, but my users will have to pay me for the access and they are not too willing to pay with BTC, that's the problem ;)

If they really want what you're offering they'll manage to pay by BTC.

Do not get too big. That is my suggestion. They never go after the small players.

He said it's nothing more illegal than DMCA, so I doubt the users will REALLY want what he's offering enough to learn a new system of currency.
 
it does not matter where you paid. If you have offshore server only the law of that country affected
