Offshore domain registrar for CPA

Hey guys, so my domain was taken down by namebright and another domain is getting frequent abuse report which is with network solution.

So is there any registrar which ignores phishing reports (actually I don't do phishing, I hosted LP on those domains which only takes name and email, which I don't even store)
But some anti phishing agencies think I am phishing and keep reporting.

So any tips and suggestions will be helpful.
Planning to transfer domains to njalla (don't know if they ignore abuse)
