Offshore domain name provider with private whois that accepts PayPal

As per subject, I am looking for a offshore doman name provider that accepts PayPal, that offers private whois and that would not shutdown my domain at first copyright claim.

I was using internetbs.net but they do not longer seem to accept PayPal as a payment.
