Offshore DNS with reverse proxies: any recommendations?

Hello,

for security reasons I am looking for a DNS service like Cloudflare where I can add a reverse proxy as an extra layer of protection.
Cloudflare, however, shares your information if they get a complaint.
Can anybody help me out regarding this? Can be paid?
