Offshore Dedicated Hosting (we are looking)?

We are looking for a dedicated server that can be setup right away.

The following must be met:

• Unique IP's for each domain name
• Lenient on e-mailing (we e-mail to opt-in users). Every great now and then we will send out unsolicited e-mail (very small list). We don't advertise anything illegal; nor anything related to that (we have never had a complaint in this area).
• Great support (this is very important)
• PTR, SPF, and Domain Keys setup for each domain. PTR record is very important to us. If anyone runs a RDNS check on our IP it must resolve to the right domain name.

We are looking for an actual company; someone established. Please let me know where we could go to find such host. We have had a miserable experience with some of these offshore hosting companies as far as support and response time goes. Mainly just a fast reliable company that is pretty lenient with their terms and conditions.

What do you mean by what zone we are targeting?

As for response time, getting things done that day instead of waiting for 2-3 days. This current host we are dealing with are something else. Their support has no common sense and just very slow. When they do get things done they don't do them right.

I was asking about the zone and response time (i was refering to packet time - miliseconds), because i can offer you a fast and reliable server in Bucharest, Romania. You said offshore, but i'm not sure where you're visitors are coming from. Typical time in ms from our servers to an US location is between 60 and 120ms.
We have some other servers in France so let me know which one you preffer.

95 percent of our visitors are from the US. When I was talking about response time I was referring to support.

Do you have an actual company website? If so page me .
