Offshore Company

Thanks. I guess I'll have to take a trip there then.
Another question: say I want to register an online business in Seychelles and have a bank account in HK. Since the Seychelles government doesn't require filing any audit reports and keep books, would it theoretically be possible to use the company credit card for my personal use in my home country? Would that cause any problems with the HK bank?

Company credit cards for offshore companies are not advised to be used in your home country. There have been instances of governments "hunting down" people who do that. Since even if it's a company credit card, it will still have your name on it.
And since it is used then in an ATM, they store the info from the card and it is possible that they try to link the name on the card, with people living in the area/country.
It is safer to use it in another country, if you don't live too far from the border.
For the Hong Kong bank it will not make a lot of difference, some banks, if it's a large amount, ask for an invoice, but that's mostly for large amounts and not for relatively credit card withdrawels. Of course every bank is different.... But it should be fine

Try creating bank accounts in neighboring countries to the EU (like mediterranean) the best example would be Morocco

One question: how do you withdraw the money?
You can't use the debit card in your country because you risk "getting caught". You can't just withdraw it to your personal bank account, because that's even worse.
How do you use the money then?

Even if you withdraw it in a neighboring country, there is always a limit for debit cards (like 1000eur/day).

You can carry cash :) Up to 10k is no problem. U can always issue a card without a name in countries outside of EU/US.

What? Of course you can get a company credit card without your name on it... hell if even Walmart sells blank prepaid CC's why shouldn't you get them in debit form? There are quite a few banks out there that offer IBC CC's that have the company name instead of your name.

PLUS, I can think of 5 ways to get one with a fake name on it right now... Where's the problem?

And if you're scared about the camera in the machine, just don't use the same ATM every time drive around and switch them, wear a cap pulled down into your face and look at the floor.

So you're a EU citizen? Good... then you just choose a country around you that has good tax rates etc and open a bank account there (romania?). Get a local translator etc to assist you, explain to the bank clerk that you need to raise your limitation. Mostly they'll allow up to 10k straight away if you immediately transfer a larger amount of cash onto that account.(15k+)

One thing you could think about is creating a real company and running just enough profits through it. Watch out for too good to be
true websites claiming ridiculous benefits.

Mexico is a great offshore alternative. Unless you fuck your life up messing with dope, you'll be fine in Mexico.
