I really want to get into the ebay business but to do this i want to form a offshore company with a bank account where i can send all the profits. Ive been looking around and so far the best option i found was a panama company with belize bankaccount which costs ?2500.

This includes directors that will be the official owners of the company so that my name wont show, but still, i think its kinda expensive.

Do you know any cheaper alternatives?

thanks!

Yes, a Scottish LLP with the same Belize Bank account for $2000
Or the same Panama/Belize combo for $2500

There are much cheaper options...have you considered Hong Kong? I would be happy to help. The bottom line is a LOT of those services advertise GUARANTEED bank openings...its bull$hit (can you swear on this forum, I don't know.) No one can guarantee opening a bank account for you...its impossible. The laws of the banking world changed dramatically post 9/11. To open a foreign bank account, in all likelihood you will need to travel to that country. Or have an existing banking relationship in the USA verify the documents (like to open HSBC in UK, you need to go and submit all the documents to HSBC USA...this obviously defeats the purpose of what you're trying to do.)

Send me a message and I would be happy to give you more info.

Additionally, you need to consider a lot of IP address issues and such...opening an offshore bank account to do an eBay business better be a pretty profitable eBay business if you're willing to go through all the mess its going to take to deal with IPs and such...just my $.02.
