Offshore cloud hosting

I'm looking for a reliable offshore cloud host, I have a couple of hack/cheat websites with a few thousand visitors a day (usually between 1000 to 3000), peaking at sometimes 5k.

I'm mostly looking for a fast and reliable host, monthly costs should not exceed $50.

It's not really illegal but I guess I would be better off with a offshore host instead of a US one.

Check on wjuction for offshore hostings and then contact seller directly via email and ask him if he can provide a service for you.

Thanks, really appreciated...Looks like a lot of hosting sellers there...
