Offshore CC Merchant Account and Business

I want to open an internet business in Central America. I need to open a credit card merchant account that can accept Visa and disburse the money into the companies bank account in whatever selected country (Panama, Belize, Brazil, ect)

I can't seem to find a credit card merchant account that is foreign based and will easily give me an account. Is there any recommendations?

Its a few merchant procssors out there I know of, but its all depends on what u selling...if your selling anything unethical, not going work...but like for like replicas etc...i have a few options i can share with you.

But trust this, nothen is free when your offshore..the processing fees are normally steep but there expecting u to do 10k - 100k in volume of whatever your selling, but like i said it all goes back to what u are selling.

there are 3rd party ones that can handle it for about 7-12% fee.
