Offshore banking, IBC's & Collecting money

Hey everyone, For a time I've been researching IBCs and trying to find out how and where to open one. Ive read a lot of content on black hat world (but never have I posted till now) and a wack of other sites but I cant for the life of me find any recommendations on any banks or services to open an IBC or an account. I need to get this done soon, I recently finished a website project where we will be collecting monthly payments for listings and services. Our gateway is paypal but I sure don't want the money to come to my country (canada) for various reasons.

Does anyone have any leads to any banks I can call in seychelles or panama? and which is better? (from what I understand Panama is better?)
Does anyone have any leads to who I could call to open an IBC?
What country is best to open the IBC it self?
and lastly should the IBC and bank account for the corp be in 2 different countries?

You don't necessarily have to be offshore, the point of having it offshore is to be anonymous.

I presume you only want to receive your money from half way across the world is because it's anonymous in regards to your own jurisdiction for tax avoidance which I don't believe is a crime anyway. You could put your money onto a nameless debit card instead and withdraw it from any ATM worldwide (the bank is still electronically moving the money around the world)

I don't think there is any law which states you have to have your real name attached to a bank account.

Also there wouldn't be a bunch of people withdrawing from these anonymous accounts if it was illegal because the major high street banks are providing this service.

I thought I would mention it because the bank account sizes are pretty small with low fees.
