Sorry, to say it but your list is out of date, these countries signed already some agreements with EU/USA (G8) for some data exchange: Liechtenstein, Luxembourg and Switzerland, I also mean I read that more countries signed that agreement but I am not 100% sure about them, so I will have a closer look...

According to Wikipedia the following countries are on the black list of the OECD and this your friend:

Costa Rica
Malaysia
Philippines
Uruguay

and although Switzerland managed to get on the gray list I think it just highlights its cleverness. Throwing away some bones to OECD, twiking some laws but in reality holding on to the old tradition of keeping their client's bank accounts secret.

Well if it was mainly the international jewish bankers like you said, they would cut out their own business because mainly high rollers like international companies, banks, top earners using that kind of offshore structures and not the average joe...
The black list of the OECD is a good thing to see which countries dont cooperate and useful for us.
