Offshore Affiliate Companies

I got an email today from an offshore drug affiliate company that told me I could sign up for an account at an offshore bank and they could deposit my commissions into that account then I could use their debit card in the USA. All income tax free.

I dont do drug CPAs at the moment.

Just wondering if anyone know of other affiliate companies that are offshore?
