Hey I'm wanting to get into offlining seo, mobile, and fan pages. My plan is to offer a plan at $999 down + $250/month, for x number of kws seo' d, 1 mobile kw, x number of monthly sms's, and a custom fb page.

I'm Wondering how hard it would be to find a good local face to face closer to do the sales part, anyone have experience with this kinda thing?

I'm planning on paying $250 + $50/month to the sales person.Anyone got tips our suggestions on the best way to do this?

You might find it difficult to sell all those features together. Regardless of whether it is a good combination or not you will find business' who are hesitant because they may not believe in one of those methods.

I would focus on a single main service and then up-sell the rest of the services on a case-by-case basis. This means you are offering "tailor made solutions" which businesses love because it shows your putting effort into them.

it can be done. put job ads on craigslist. offer a commission structure and interview as many people as you can. with some luck you will get a good closer or two whos interested in selling for you. I have done it with mixed results.

I'm wondering if anyone has attempted to do this and had an affiliate or associate program in place. Curious as I've been thinking of doing it with my SMS program.

I think I have good idea, well just read something similar about exchanging seo services for accounting services, then work out a referral and testimonial trade system with them.

Could also do this with a lawyer, and maybe 1-2 other professionals.

I also an thinking of trying to do an informative seminar, have everyone who attends register so I can follow up, and as a bonus give everyone a detailed report of their seo standings, and a look at their top competitors as well. All business people are curious about "mr jones' business" down the street.

If I only close 3 or 4 people, it would be well worth it. As for one off services at $200 a pop, I don't feel I'd be paid enough for my time, seo is and should be a highly respected business with the cheapest rates at $50 per hour, I mean running scrapebox and other tools are technical skills that not every fool can run.

The thing about the informative seminar idea is that it can take a lot of work, time, and capital to make it big. However if you do have the resources, it is definitely one of the best ways to network and meet people.

The selling services at $200 may not be worth it, however it's for getting your foot in the door and being able to keep pounding offers at them.

Getting them to pay $999 and $250 monthly is real tough.

But you know what's easier?

Selling a basic site for $200 and upselling $500 monthly SEO services, a $200 FB fanpage, and a $200 monthly SMS marketing services.

Your commission structure is in line, it is very fair and you will get interested reps. Question: have you sold this? Do you have a presentation, sales material etc? For without yourself selling this service, how do you expect your salesrep to sell it. Standardization is the key.
