Hey guy's,

I've been looking into starting an "online for offline" biz but what I want to do is offer some sort of "full package" i.e website, web2.0, linkbuilding etc basically the full works. Anyhow, here's my question......does anyone else offer this sort of package? Do you outsource? If so do you hire individuals (one for design, one web 2.0 etc) or hire a team?

I know nothing about web design myself so was trying to find the easiest way to set up one of these packages by outsourcing then I would continue with the autoresponder etc on maybe a monthly commisssion.

Just thinking of the easiest way to start off with the least hassle. I could just push a full marketing package for $XXXX then sell in bulk. Would be great if I could just take the order and hand it over to a team that could throw it together eh!?

Any thoughts/ideas greatly appreciated! =)

Your biggest problem isn't going to be website creation, web 2.0 promotion, or anything but actually getting sales. You can easily outsource the tech side but the sales side is going to prove to be the biggest challenge. Good luck!

Cheers matey!! Looked over that download last night. Best I've seen so far on the subject!

Should be okay to start with as the "ex" in laws are well in with the local business community and have business's themselves. My problem is where we live is quite small town so I'll have to move out of the area scouting for business. Should'nt be too much of a problem doing the deal online/over the phone when I make them an offer they can't refuse!!!

I outsource all of my sales to others who are much more talented than I am. The difference is that I only hire U.S. citizens and pay them a decent fee for their services. In leasing websites at $500/mo I can afford to pay my people well.

I discovered years ago that there are many very talented people, such as the ones on this forum, who do great work but don't like to sell. They would rather pay me or offer me a huge discount to find business for them than to go out and do it themselves.

It's best to first put your team together. Know what they can do. Then find out what your niche wants. Don't try to sell people what you want to sell them. Sell them what they want to buy.

I have a saying, "You never have to sell someone something they want".

Once you know what they want then it's easy to create a template or cookie cutter system to sell them what they want.

Hope this helps...
