If you have the chance to rank your seo business on google or go the route of calling business to sell them seo services

    Which one would you prefer
    Why?
Is offline client better than the client that find you online?

Offline - Easier to find businesses who have been around for many years, have healthy profit, and are already spending in the xx,xxx a month on advertising. They are also less likelier to be saavy about anything online let alone SEO. You can price your services for a lot more, build a real and ongoing business relationship, and generally make more money.

Online - You are running the gammut of people who want to be #1 on Google, Google Place, and get rid of all negative feedback for something like $75 bucks a month. They are going to annoy the piss out of you by emailing and calling you everyday. Oh yeah they are gonna wanna pay by Paypal and chargeback your ass the instant they feel neglected

Offline wins. You can provide them a solution and charge accordingly. The people hunting you out are somewhat savvy and they will price shop you to death. They'll waste your time getting an estimate from you and 10 other places and just go with the cheapest, or not go with anyone.

Offline by far. You can be much more proactive by calling or mailing prospects and targeting the type of businesses that you want to do business with. Online is completely hit or miss.
