Hey Everyone,

One local client in the home improvement niche. Pretty high payout but its a pretty expensive service so the volume isn't necessarily extremely high. I'm trying to think of a big list of offline ideas that I can then go individually research. What I'm coming up with so far is:

- Flyers/door hangers distributed to houses
- Postcards/mailers
- Old School newspaper ads

Anybody have anything else that's still working, scale-able, and can be attempted for less than $1k?

For that matter, do any of the above still work for people at a level to make it worth it? I did one experiment with mailers and it was an absolute failure- 1,000 mailers and I received 1 call. I did it without much research though so I could have almost surely picked a better demographic mailing list and done a better ad.

Find your product. Find your targeted customer group who is interested. Place card on windshield wipers, put on doors. Asks apt complex to include your ad in their welcome package. I was once sold cologne at a laundry mat. So anything is possible. I did the move in ad once for an etsy store and got a lot of traffic and sales. Matching your product to targeted customer is key though.
