Can you explain exactly how you interact with the clients to get the mobile website implemented after you've finished the design? I'm imagining this to be the hardest part.

The best part about this is that every client of yours can be upsold. So if you've landed a web design client, they can then be further monetized with seo, mobile site, rep management, etc. So put your mind into this people!

This is a great way to get your foot in the door for upselling such as a total website design, SEO, Social Media, etc.

All you need to do is put a redirect script for mobile devices (find one by searching google) and install the mobile website in a seperate folder and redirect the mobile users to that folder.

Fantastic method! idk about the UK but i think you might be breaking SMS spamming laws. Also consider outsourcing the website creation to fiverr!!
