I've joined like 3-4 in the past where they promised 'exclusive' topics and conversation. All of them became dead within 2 weeks, after everyone just lurks off each other. Why not just chat here? BHW also offers IRC for anyone who wants to group-chat.
Nothing against the idea of SKYPE group, but it just sucks to form one where anyone can join.

Because many people are uncomfortable sharing where everyone can see, and prefer to only share where it won't be poached and could potentially bounce ideas off others without anyone being able to be a part of it, as well as it being an area where networking can be more immediate.
I will be leading discussions and offering as much insight as possible, and will be ensuring everyone that is a part of it contribute. No lurkers and peddlers.
