Offline marketing? Does Maxbounty or similar affiliate services allow it?

I want to run flyer ads! Old school I know, but it's such an underutilised traffic source so I'm dying to try it.

Does anyone know if maxbounty or similar sites allow offline marketing material such as this? What is the best affiliate service to try it?
