I plan to mail out 20-50 letters this weekend. Can anyone help me with a short offline letter to send out about website design and SEO?

Well, I may be wrong, but I wouldn't say the words webdesign or SEO. Talk more about how you can help him get more leads using the internet and try to get an appointment.

Sorry to say doing this type of letter you are thinking of, would be wrong.

The one I have made is more directed at being hired to critique their present plan and tell them why it is not preforming.

Far better approach.

Offer to do a free website critique - all they need to do is reply to the letter with their name and website.
Use camtasia and upload the video.

Alternatively, pick ten websites - create camtasia videos, send them out and see how they go.

Might be an idea to use Google Places accounts that are varified too. Accurate details.

20-50 letters? Do you realise what the response rate is to direct mail?
