My friend and I are starting a lead generation business selling refferals. However, our opinions on strategy differ: Mine: find a niche service, fragmented or hard to find on Google, or not even on the internet yet. (Struggling with thinking of one off the top of my head, however I'm confident I will be able to find one.) Friend: do broad range of services, something like serviceape but emphasize speed of response to the customer. (The hard time I have with this is that no one is stopping a person on going to Google and doing the research themselves, which is easy (IMO), if the service prominently featured on it.) ----- I have the final call on this. What do you think BHW?
