I travel to China regularly and bring in containers of merchandise. With that said, I am mostly dealing in general merchandise goods such as glass vases/cups/discount goods etc etc etc. I recently got into working with replica items.

Anyway, I\'m trying to understand how I can create a larger market share by selling these goods online. I do not have a website as of yet but can always hire someone to do this for me. Time is money in my case.

Some ideas - Alibaba, DHGate, Ebay (have an account with 600+ ratings as I use to import digital cameras)

Any ideas? I prefer to sell to wholesalers only.

Kind of leaving this thread open ended to see what everyone thinks. Willing to even partner up - per say with the right person.

I should also mention I have a decent profit margin. Would creating a website and setting up some sort of affiliate program be a good idea?

My only concern here, we\'re talking about selling goods on a per piece basis. As an importer, this is the last thing I want to do.

However, my knowledge is limited with drop-shipping. Not really sure of the gains people have with this.

if your running a totally legitimate enterprise you have a wide range of options, a website would be a start. Maybe you try to link up with local businesses (gift shops and what not) .
