I'm trying to get some instruction sheets/process sheets for
my outsourcers and also to train my client

The usual How To's - step-by-step

Any ideas please??

Just find some basic resources for whatever the particular service your offering is, and rewrite/rebrand.

If you want to be going on with your daily business, just write it yourself and don't wait for it to be presented . What do you need it for. Maybe in the download section in one of the WSO's?

Main Street Marketing Machine had a bunch of process sheets. I can only find a partial download of the program but it looked pretty good.

I agree there should be no reason why you shouldn't be able to write something up real quick yourself for your outsourcers etc.

Get yourself a copy of Dragon NaturallySpeaking 11, you can knock it out in 20 min. and exactly 100% the way you want them to do it not from some WSO or other product that might be only semi-related to what you're trying to teach them.
