Offline affilate

I make money finding clients for different companies through internet. But the real problem is tracking ofservices, provided by companies.

How do you usually track offline sales?

Can you provide more info on what you do? Have you tried phone number tracking methods?

Example. I work with guitar tutor. One hour of tution costs 10$(i get 1, he gets 9). For initial tracking I have a callback(user left a phone number on my site, and tutor calls back). But I can't track how many lessons he gives.

I think you might be better off opting for a per initial lead compensation model versus multiple lessons and this might require you to get a higher commission upfront but you can justify it by telling the tutor that they'll get more residential income in the long run.

Otherwise I think you probably would have to call back the lead yourself after a few weeks for a "survey" to verify that the tutor is not screwing you over.
